V ArteFonie in Wejherowo– festival of artistic freedom

The 5th ArteFonie – a music festival that transcends genre boundaries – will take place from September 12 to 14, 2025, in Wejherowo.
Under the theme “Freedom,” the festival invites audiences to experience vocal and instrumental ensembles as well as experimental projects that combine high artistic quality with authenticity and openness to new forms of expression – from classical and jazz to alternative music.

Over the course of three days, concerts will be held at the Museum of Kashubian-Pomeranian Literature and Music, the Church of Our Lady Queen of Poland, and the Kashubian Philharmonic. Each event has been designed as a distinct musical experience while also forming part of the festival’s cohesive narrative.

The program will include, among others:

  • "Brel / Młynarski" – a theatrical song recital performed by vocalist Piotr Kosewski and composer-pianist Anna Rocławska-Musiałczyk
  • "Zosia Bielak Trio – jazz debut" – intimate improvisations on piano and cello, accompanied by poetic texts, will create a personal and moving emotional landscape
  • "Zazula & Krakow Reed Trio" – a concert featuring two ensembles blending traditional and contemporary music, with works by Aleksander Tansman, Krzysztof Dębski, and others. This concert will also express support for the local community, accompanied by a fundraising campaign for the Wejherowo Home Hospice.
  • The final event will be a concert by Igor Herbut feat. Art’n’Voices at the Kashubian Philharmonic, during which the winners of the national composition competition for an a cappella male quartet will be announced.

A special accompanying event will be the “Art of Sound” exhibition – a unique display of audio equipment in the form of a modern installation that engages the senses and redefines the concept of listening.

The event is organized by the Association of Young Artists of the Wejherowo Region in collaboration with the vocal ensemble Art’n’Voices.

Tickets for Igor Herbut’s concert are available at the Kashubian Philharmonic box office and online. All other events are free of charge. Those who wish to support the festival can opt for the “Patron Package,” receiving a VIP ticket and a set of exclusive gifts in return.
