Polish violinist Voytek Proniewicz will perform at the European Music Festival in Hanoi on November 25 and 27, 2015.
With a total of 19 concerts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, European Music Festival 2015 (November 18-29) provides Vietnamese audience with a multi-coloured musical festival. The event is jointly organized by Vietnam Performing Arts Centre - Department of Performing Arts - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam and 8 Embassies of EU Member States in Vietnam.
The programme of Voytek Proniewicz’s recitals includes compositions for violin solo written by Krzysztof Penderecki (Cadeza), Grażyna Bacewicz (Polish Caprice), Karol Lipiński (Caprice, Op. 29 No. 3), Henryk Wieniawski(Caprices, Op. 18 No. 2-5), Niccolò Paganini (Caprice, Op. 1 No. 11), Nathan Milstein (Paganiniana) and Eugène Ysaÿe (Sonatas, Op. 27 No. 1 and 6).
