On October 14, November 4 and December 16, 2018, the next edition of a series of chamber concerts in Wilanów will be hosted by the Warsaw Chamber Opera.
The Warsaw Chamber Opera performs a series of concerts in the White Room of the Royal Palace of Jan III Sobieski in Wilanów, during which chamber works as well as special transcriptions of symphonic forms, arias and songs are presented. The music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Dmitri Shostakovich, the Strauss family and the works of outstanding Polish composers are performed. The repertoire naturally fits in with the calendar and coincides with the period of carnival, Lent and Holy Week, the seasons or Warsaw Chamber Opera festivals.
On October 14, there will be a concert entitled "Is there more than one magic flute...", November 4 will feature patriotic and legion songs arranged by Włodzimierz Korcz, and on December 16 we will hear Polish songs by Stanisław Moniuszko and Mieczysław Karłowicz.
