Media patronage: Polish Music Information Centre POLMIC
On the 17th of December, 2022 at 19.00 in the Witold Lutosławski Concert Studio of the Polish Radio in Warsaw Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra conducted by Marek Wroniszewski will perform a premiere of the Concerto for flute, tenor saxophone and symphony orchestra ‘Archaniołowie’ by Adam Wesołowski and Imaginarium for woodwind quintet and orchestra by Szymon Godziemb-Trytek. The soloists will be Łukasz Długosz (flute) and Piotr Baron (tenor saxophone), director of the Orchestra.
The work Archaniołowie was co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund as part of the ‘Composers' Commissions’ programme implemented by the National Institute of Music and Dance. The piece was commissioned by the Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra.
The piece Imaginarium was co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund as part of the ‘Composers' Commissions’ programme implemented by the National Institute of Music and Dance. The piece was commissioned by the Korzkiew Music Association.
