Warsaw | Renewable Music: Open lectures on music and ecology

As part of the project ‘Renewable Music. V4 Composers for Sustainability’ at the Warsaw headquarters of the Polish Composers' Union on the 2^nd of September, 2023 at 11.00, lectures on the relationship between music and ecology will be open to the public.

We will have the opportunity to listen to the following speeches in English: Music, sound, nature by Prof. dr hab. Sławomira Żerańska-Kominek, Art, cognition, nature - the festival as an expression of the cognitive imperative and the ethos of searching for the truth by the director of the Warsaw Autumn Festival, Jerzy Kornowicz, and Objectophones: the use of everyday objects as instruments by the composer Wojciech Błażejczyk.
