Zielona Góra | Inauguration of the Festival ‘Classics Without Borders’

On the 21^st of April, 2023 at 19.00, the next edition of the ‘Classics Without Borders’ Festival will be inaugurated at the Tadeusz Baird Zielona Góra Philharmonic.

The Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra conducted by Rafał Kłoczko will perform works by Maurice Ravel, Joaquin Rodrigo and Erotica for soprano and orchestra by Tadeusz Baird, the patron of the institution. The cycle was created to words by Małgorzata Hillar. It was dedicated to Stefania Woytowicz, who premiered the piece during the 5^th International Festival of Contemporary Music ‘Warsaw Autumn’. Moreover, Bernd Redmann's Cut will be premiered.

The soloists will be Magdalena Stefaniak (soprano) and Joel von Lerber (harp)
