Warsaw | 1st Warsaw Experiment Studio: Anna Jędrzejewska, Sofia Borges, Katarzyna Markowska

WarszawskieStudio 8 11 23Media patronage: Polish Music Informatio

The curator of the third part of the 1st Warsaw Experiment Studio is Anna Jędrzejewska, who invited Sofia Borges and Katarzyna Markowska to cooperate and experiment. We will learn about their approach to improvisation at Hashtag Lab on the 8th of November, 2023 at 7.30 p.m.

Jak podkreśla Anna Jędrzejewska, "Jako kuratorka chcę zapraszać artystki zainteresowane demontowaniem wizji muzyki absolutnej, co rozumiem jako poszukiwanie otwartego paradygmatu wartości. Teorie dotyczące procesu tworzenia się wiązań, teoria aktora-sieci Latoura, rezonują z formułą performatywną, techniką improwizacji i przetwarzaniem elektronicznym dźwięku".

In the "Pulse of Life" project, the artists are located at two symmetrical ends of the room with the figure of the performer in the center. The process of obtaining sounds from movement action and improvisation based on this pattern are the main axis of the new interdisciplinary work.
