The 13th International Ignacy Jan Paderewski Piano Competition will take place in Bydgoszcz from November 9 to 23, 2025. This prestigious event, held every three years, brings together the most talented young pianists from around the world and is an important fixture on the international music competition scene. Organized under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Karol Nawrocki, the competition promotes the legacy of Ignacy Jan Paderewski.
A total of 234 young artists from 35 countries applied to take part in the 13th edition of the competition. The performances of the 48 selected outstanding pianists will take place at the new campus of the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music and the Pomeranian Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz.
All auditions will also be broadcast online on the Paderewski International Piano Competition channel.
The event will be accompanied by concerts, interviews in the competition studio, and other attractions, forming a rich and engaging cultural program.
