The Rzeszów Music Association invites you to the third edition of the Rzeszów Classical Night Festival, taking place on October 4–5, 2025. The festival aims to showcase the work of composers and performers connected with the Rzeszów region. Admission to all concerts is free.
During this third edition, artists associated with Rzeszów and the Podkarpackie Voivodeship will take the stage.
On October 4 at 6:00 PM, the main concert will be held in the Concert Hall of the Faculty of Music at the University of Rzeszów. Performing will be the Rzeszów Classical Night Festival Orchestra and the Cantus Medicus Choir, conducted by Dominik Lasota, along with soloists Weronika Sura (accordion) and Milena Lange (soprano). The program will feature the Rzeszów Overture by Dominik Lasota himself, Canzona di barocco by Henryk Czyż, as well as some of the most famous and beloved pieces of film and popular music, arranged for orchestra by Lasota.
The second event is a chamber film evening with live music, taking place at Kino za Rogiem in Rzeszów on October 5 at 4:00 PM. Film suites arranged for a chamber vocal-instrumental ensemble will be performed live, while scenes from the corresponding films will be screened simultaneously.
The artistic direction of the entire festival is led by its founder, Weronika Sura.
The Rzeszów Classical Night Festival is held under the honorary patronage of the Mayor of the City of Rzeszów, and co-financed by the Municipality of Rzeszów.
