The 46th International Music Festival "Evenings at the Telemanns" will take place from October 4 to 25, 2025, in the Mirror Hall of the Pszczyna Castle. This year's edition of the Festival offers a fascinating journey through the music of the 18th and 19th centuries – from Telemann and Händel to the world premiere of contemporary Polish music.
The 2025 program includes four exceptional concerts, featuring renowned performers from various European countries and Iceland, including the {oh!} Orchestra conducted by Martyna Pastuszka, Czech soprano Hana Blažíková with Collegium Marianum, and the Icelandic ensemble Barokkbandið Brák.
A special highlight this year will be the final concert, featuring young soprano Dennis Orellana, acclaimed flutist Ania Karpowicz, and the {oh!} Orchestra. During the concert, the world premiere of Nebenkonzert by Paweł Malinowski for flute and period instruments will be performed. The premiere has been made possible thanks to funding from the ZAiKS Authors’ Association and collaboration with the "oto foundation".
The artistic director of this year's festival is Martyna Pastuszka, founder and artistic leader of the {oh!} Orchestra, currently recognized as a leading early music ensemble on the Polish scene.
The Festival is organized in partnership with the Fryderyk Chopin National Institute.
The event is co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund under the "Music" program implemented by the National Institute of Music and Dance.
The patron of "Evenings with Telemann" is PKO Bank Polski.
