The Hashtag Lab Contemporary Music Space and the "Warsaw Autumn" International Festival of Contemporary Music invite you to a commemorative evening in honor of composer Rafał Zapała, who passed away prematurely. The event will take place on September 18, 2025, at 7:00 PM.
The evening will feature reflections on Rafał Zapała’s music, led by Monika Pasiecznik, Jan Topolski, and Wojciech Krzyżanowski, interwoven with performances of selected works. The program will conclude with a collective performance of Zapała’s piece Dissolution–Meditation, open to both performers and audience members.
The Hashtag Lab stage will host solo and chamber performances by violinists Anna Kwiatkowska and Ostap Mańka, Lilianna Krych on electric organ, pianist Natalia Górecka, and the ensemble Kompopolex.
The final piece, Dissolution–Meditation, will be performed together by the artists and the audience. Sheet music will be available on site or can be requested in advance by contacting:
