"A Musical Journey to the Land of Imagination"- interactive school concert

The interactive concert "A Musical Journey to the Land of Imagination" will take place on September 13, 2024, at the Gustaw Morcinek Primary School No. 1 in Warsaw. Children, together with actor Grzegorz Ociepka and improvisers — cymbalist Marta Maślanka, composer Jarosław Siwiński, and double bass player Małgorzata Kołcz — will travel through various realms of imagination, encountering fairy-tale characters along the way.

The scenario of the event, organized by the Polish Society for Contemporary Music, will depend on the participants of the concert. The music created for these stories will accompany the journey, highlighting emotions and helping immerse everyone in the atmosphere of the unfolding narratives.

The concert is part of the PTMW "Creative Warsaw" project and is co-financed by the City of Warsaw.
