On October 25, 2024, at 7:30 PM, at NOSPR premises, the Arditti Quartet - a legend in the world of chamber music - will present a program composed of contemporary masterpieces. The concert will feature countertenor Jake Arditti as the soloist.

The Arditti Quartet, a British ensemble, is renowned not only for captivating audiences but also for inspiring composers to create new works tailored to the quartet’s extraordinary abilities. At NOSPR, the Arditti Quartet will perform legendary compositions by Witold Lutosławski and Salvatore Sciarrino, as well as the music of Lucia Dlugoszewski, an American composer of Polish descent who remains relatively unknown in Poland, and James Dillon.

This concert promises a dynamic exploration of contemporary music, blending the works of established giants with those lesser-known yet innovative composers.
