"Collectif4Composers" – a new mentoring program for composers

The Collectif4 Foundation invites you to participate in the first edition of the "Collectif4Composers" program – an initiative created to support the development of contemporary music creators. This new mentoring program for composers offers artistic consultations and the opportunity to write and present a premiere piece for string trio. The deadline for applications is June 15, 2026.

The aim of the program is to support the creation of new works by providing a space for creative collaboration and the exchange of experiences between composers and performers.

As part of the open call, four participants will be selected to compose new works for string trio. The creative process will be guided by Prof. Agata Zubel – an outstanding composer and vocalist. Participants will also work in close collaboration with the Fibonacci String Trio, who will actively contribute to the process by offering consultations on performance techniques.

These pieces will be premiered during the final concert on September 21, as part of the fringe events program of the "Warsaw Autumn" International Festival of Contemporary Music.
