The 1st edition of the DuetON Festival will take place from June 7 to August 30, 2025, in the unique setting of the Museum of the Saxon Palace in Kutno. The idea behind this new festival is to showcase the power of musical dialogue — in duets, as equals, with passion and artistic sensitivity. The Eviva l’Arte Association will organize three concerts, all starting at 6:00 PM. Admission is free!
On June 7, soprano Joanna Freszel and pianist Bartłomiej Kominek will present some of the most beautiful works of vocal literature — songs and romances by Grażyna Bacewicz, Lubomir Różycki, Feliks Rybicki, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Karol Szymanowski, and Antonín Dvořák.
The Marimbazzi Duo – Paweł Dyjak and Jakub Kołodziejczyk – will invite listeners on July 12 into a world of original compositions for two marimbas, vibrant and full of energy and color.
Finally, on August 30, the Aleami Piano Duo – Aleksandra Pazdyga-Chojnacka and Michał Chojnacki – will take the audience on a journey through piano literature inspired by jazz. The program will feature Negro Spirituals by Roman Maciejewski, as well as works by Gershwin, Piazzolla, and Cfasmann, arranged for two pianos.
DuetON is a perfect excuse to meet, listen, and experience — in pairs and together.
