On Saturday, October 11, 2025, the Polish Society for Contemporary Music invites children aged 3–8 and their parents at 11:00 AM to the Community Center in Mościska (33 Pawia Street, Grodzisk Mazowiecki) for a family improvisation workshop titled "Tell Me a Fairy Tale". The program will be very attractive. Participation in the workshop is free of charge.
Among other things, participants will get to know contemporary music better, hear, for example, what an octopus on a walk, frogs in a pond, or tools in a workshop sound like, and, of course, play with different sounds.
The workshop will be led by excellent musician-improvisers: composer and pianist Jarosław Siwiński, double bassist Małgorzata Kołcz, and cellist Izabela Buchowska.
In addition to games with free improvisations and books, children will learn various sound production techniques that emphasize its coloristic and dynamic qualities, and they will also be able to play various percussion instruments themselves.
The workshop lasts about 90 minutes with a short break.
Participation is free, but registration is required via the website: https://swietlicegrodzisk.pl/zapisy/
