The Polish Society for Contemporary Music invites young children and their parents to Mokotów to explore new music and the world of contemporary sounds. On Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the Mokotów Improvisation Workshop “Tell Me a Fairy Tale” will take place at the “Dorożkarnia” Cultural Centre, located at 28 Siekierkowska Street, for children aged 3–8 and their parents.
The workshop will be led by the creators of the project: double bassist Małgorzata Kołcz and composer Jarosław Siwiński, along with their guest, renowned harpist Agata Galik-Sosnowska.
This engaging and educational shared experience will last around 90 minutes (including a break). Participants will hear new fairy tales, learn to improvise, explore various sound production techniques that highlight tonal and dynamic color, and join the facilitators in making music together.
Participation is free of charge, but space is limited, so advance registration is required.
