On October 4, 2025, at 6:00 PM, the final concert of the 4th International SAXandVILLAS Composition Competition will take place at the Lentz Villa. The Spanish ensemble Sundara Ensemble will perform.
The competition, aimed at enriching the repertoire of saxophone and chamber music, is organized by the Szczecin cultural institution Willa Lentza and the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando. This year, the Composition Competition jury awarded two main prizes. First place was not awarded. The Second Prize went to Italian composer Roberto Maria Cipollina for his piece Modules for an Opera, while third place was awarded to Nikodem Kluczyński.
The highlight of the evening will be the world premiere of his composition Moulting.
