The 5th edition of the "NOSPR Academy" program is addressed to musicians between 18 and 30 years of age who play: violin, viola, cello, double bass, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, French horn, trumpet, trombone and drums. Applications will be accepted until August 16, 2024.
The NOSPR Academy is an opportunity to gain orchestral experience in cooperation with musicians of the NOSPR ensemble - one of the most renowned symphony orchestras in Poland.
As part of this free program, participants will take part in NOSPR rehearsals and concerts, numerous workshops conducted by NOSPR musicians, and international projects. Participants are entitled to remuneration for participating in concert projects.
Candidates will be pre-selected based on the submitted audio-video materials. In the second stage, selected candidates will be invited to auditions at the NOSPR headquarters in October.
The pre-selection and audition program include, among others: works by Karol Szymanowski, Witold Lutosławski and Krzysztof Penderecki.
The NOSPR Academy scholarship and mentoring program is co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
