On 4th November 2008, at the Institute of Musicology, Jagiellonian University, a meeting was organized to launch the long awaited monograph on Karol Szymanowski, entitled Karol Szymanowski and His Time, by Teresa Chylińska. The meeting was hosted by Prof. Adam Walaciński and the guests were – the Author herself, as well as the book’s Publisher, Andrzej Sitarz, director of Musica Jagiellonica.
