"Mosaic – Echo – Mindfulness" Chamber Music Concert in Zielona Góra

The annual contemporary music concert has become a tradition at the Institute of Music of the University of Zielona Góra’s Faculty of Arts. On May 29, 2026 at 5.00 pm, at the Museum of Lubuskie Land (15 Niepodległości Ave, Zielona Góra), bassoonist Wolfgang Rüdiger and pianist Akiko Okabe will perform works by composers representing Zielona Góra and Poznań, as well as creators from Freiburg (Germany). Admission is free!

The concert is the result of a collaboration between the Institute of Music of the University of Zielona Góra, the Department of Composition at the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, and Ensemble Aventure from Freiburg.

Duo Aventure will premiere Starting in December by Artur Kroschel, Mindfulness Exercises by Stanisław Leśniewski, Nostalgic Echoes by Zbigniew Kozub, and ReSonare by Katarzyna Kwiecień-Długosz. The program will also feature Mosaicos by Tania León and Xi by Jean-Luc Darbellay.

The concert will be hosted by Wiktoria Grześkiewicz and Oliwer Skłodowski.

The event is held under the honorary patronage of the Polish Composers' Union.
