Oratorium 966.pl by Jacek Sykulski will be premiered at the concerts held on the occasion of the 1050th anniversary of Polish Christianity on April 15 and 16, 2016 at the Hall of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
The work was commissioned by the Poznań Philharmonic. It is the Poznań-based composer’s third oratorio-type piece, following Gietrzwałdzkie Oratorio and a composition written on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Greater Poland Uprising.
