On November 12, 2025, at 12:30 p.m., in the Chamber Hall of the Silesian Philharmonic, there will be a meeting that combines Polish music and poetry in a unique way – allowing us to pause in the middle of the day and listen to sounds and words that linger in the heart for a long time.
This time, the performers will be: Olena Zaiets (vocals), Agnieszka Piętka (violin), and Izabela Wilga (piano). The actor Wiesław Kupczak will also recite Sonnets about Music by Witold Hulewicz – filled with reflection and poetic beauty.
In an intimate atmosphere, music takes on a new dimension – it becomes a pretext to be together and to discover the richness of Polish music. The trio will perform Kujawiak by Henryk Wieniawski, Oberek by Grażyna Bacewicz, Mazur by Emil Młynarski, Życzenie (The Wish) by Fryderyk Chopin, Prząśniczka (The Spinner) by Stanisław Moniuszko, Kołysanka (Lullaby of Barbara) from the opera Wit Stwosz by Józef Świder, and O Panu Tralalińskim (About Mr. Tralaliński) by Witold Lutosławski.
