The Polish premiere of "Second:ary" in Warsaw

On November 28, 2024, at 8:00 PM, Hashtag Lab will host the Polish premiere of the project Second:ary, which was first presented at the Gaudeamus Contemporary Music Festival in Utrecht this September.

On September 7 in Utrecht, Hashtag Ensemble premiered the Second:ary improvisation, created under the artistic direction of Ania Karpowicz, at the invitation of the international initiative ULYSSES’ InSitu/City.

The project focuses on improvisations based on sounds recorded in various locations around the city of Utrecht, which will be combined with texts written by Ania Karpowicz, to be read by the author during the premiere.

Performers: Wojciech Błażejczyk, Krzysztof Kozłowski, Paweł Janas, Marta Grzywacz, Dalshad Hasan, and Ania Karpowicz.
