For an unforgettable evening as part of the “Classics Without Borders” festival, filled with video game music, dynamism, epic sounds, and emotion, the Tadeusz Baird Zielona Góra Philharmonic invites you on May 16, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The Zielona Góra Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra will be conducted by Andrei Yakushau – conductor and composer.
Specially crafted symphonic arrangements of music from popular games such as Dota 2, World of Tanks, Dark Souls, Mortal Kombat, Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed III, Metal Gear Solid 2, Killzone 2, Killzone 3, Heroes of Might and Magic III, Undertale, Lineage II, Civilization IV, Overwatch, and The Witcher will be performed – all arranged by the maestro specifically for this occasion.
The program will also feature music by Polish composers Adam Skorupa and Mikołaj Stroiński. Energetic rhythms and powerful accents will evoke a sense of adventure and adrenaline, filling the concert hall with a unique energy.
The soloists for the evening will be guitarists Vladimir Sobolevsky and Kasia Schmidt-Przeździecka, as well as vocalist Małgorzata Priebe.
The concerts within the “Classics Without Borders” festival are held under the Honorary Patronage of Marcin Jabłoński, Marshal of the Lubusz Voivodeship.
