A special New Year’s Eve Concert will be held at the Adam Mickiewicz University Hall in Poznań on December 31, 2016.

The evening, scheduled between 7.00 pm and midnight, will include a dance party, 2-part concert performed by soprano Aleksandra Kubas-Kruk and Poznań Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Jakub Chrenowicz and a reception held during the intermission (9.15-10.40 pm).

The artist will present fragments of famous operas (by Giuseppe Verdi, Charles Gounod, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Jules Massenet, Gioacchino Rossini), operettas (by Franz Lehar, Johann Strauss, and Jacques Offenbach) and movie themes (such as Polonaise by Wojciech Kilar).
