The promenade concert marking the end of the season, featuring the Symphony Orchestra of the Zielona Góra Philharmonic conducted by Grzegorz Wierus and Rafał Kłoczko – the institution’s director – will take place on June 28, 2025, at 8:30 p.m. A special guest performance will be given by the "Artos" Children's Choir affiliated with the Grand Theatre – Polish National Opera in Warsaw.
The concert program will include, among others, Symphonic Fairy Tales set to texts by Ewa Szelburg-Zarembina, composed by Beniamin Baczewski. This unique cycle of works brings fairy tale and poem characters to life through music. Each piece tells a story in which narration intertwines with a rich palette of sounds and rhythms, sparking the imagination of young listeners while offering an aesthetic experience for adults. The poems will be interpreted by Martyna Szymańska.
The evening will conclude with two cycles composed by Rafał Kłoczko – the Children’s Song Suite and the Opera Suite.
A unique atmosphere will be created by a custom light design by LUG Light Factory – a specialist in modern lighting solutions and our event partner. Their work will merge music with an extraordinary play of light and color.
This project is supported by the City of Zielona Góra.
