Media patronage: Polish Music Information Centre POLMIC

As part of the "Polish Music Stage" programme implemented by the National Institute of Music and Dance, the Equilibrium String Quartet will perform on the 27^th of January, 2024 at 7 p.m. at the Tadeusz Baird Philharmonic in Zielona Góra.

Sulamita Ślubowska (1st violin), Małgorzata Malke (2nd violin), Anna Nowak-Pokrzywńska (viola) and Tomasz Pokrzywński (cello) will perform quartets by Polish composers: String Quartet in C major, Op. 8 No. 1 by Józef Elsner, Variations on original theme Op. 21 by Władysław Żeleński and String Quartet No. 3 in E minor "Fantazja" by Zygmunt Noskowski.

In January, the premiere of the latest album by Equilibrium String Quartet, dedicated to fantasies for string quartet, will take place, which will also include Noskowski's delightful Quartet No. 3 "Fantazja".
