"Little Warsaw Autumn" has rapidly grown from its humble beginnings. What started as a festival featuring 6-8 events now celebrates its 14th edition with 24 events scheduled from September 20-29, 2024, with thirteen of them actively involving children and youth.

"This is also its core idea and goal – to actively and not just once involve children in creative and co-creative activities related to contemporary music. What is particularly special about this edition is that all the works presented are world premieres. In total, there will be 14 premieres, exactly as many as our 'small' contemporary music festival editions," the organizers emphasize.

This year will feature the world premieres of works by Jarosław Siwiński, Rafał Ryterski, Aleksandra Bilińska, Jerzy Kornowicz, Barbara Zach, Olga Pasek, Przemysław Pack, Wojciech Błażejczyk, Ignacy Zalewski, Krzysztof Cybulski, Agnieszka Widlarz, Lena Michajłów, Anna Jędrzejewska, Patrycja Kołodziej, and Włodzimierz Żukowski.

Performers will include Joanna Freszel, NeoQuartet, Hashtag Ensemble, Michał Sławecki, Bartek Wąsik, Piotr and Paweł Nowiccy, and Sean Palmer.

This year’s edition will focus on operas that allow for the participation of individuals from various backgrounds: people with visual impairments (binaural opera), individuals on the autism spectrum (eco-opera), and children and youth from primary schools under the guidance of teachers (space®opera).

"Little Warsaw Autumn" is funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund.
