17th AUKSO Summer Philharmonic in the Pieniny Mountains

17th edition of the AUKSO Summer Philharmonic Festival in the Pieniny region will be held in August 8-10, 2016.

The programme includes orchestral and chamber concerts, as well as meetings and presentations of artsits whose work is related to the region of Spiš (located in south-eastern Poland and north-eastern Slovakia). The audience will have an opportunity to listen to violinist Mariusz Patyra, Sonos Quartet, vocalist Stanisław Soyka, guitarist Grzegorz Skiba, percussionist Krzysztof Nowakowski, and AUKSO Chamber Orchestra conducted by Marek Moś, who will interpret works by Vivaldi, Haydn, Karłowicz, Paganini, Chopin, Habichuela, Riqueni and many others.
