Another family concert from the series "Musical Journey to the Land of Imagination," organized by the Polish Society of Contemporary Music, will take place on October 26, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Białołęka Cultural Center (Głębocka 66, Warsaw). Admission is free!
This is an interactive family concert (approx. 50 minutes, for children aged 5+) that is based on a story narrated by an actor and the audience, accompanied by improvising musicians.
The audience and artists will journey together through various realms of imagination, meeting fairy tale characters along the way. The music created for these stories will accompany every moment of this expedition, highlighting emotions and helping to immerse everyone in the atmosphere of the tales being told.
Performers include actor and director of children's plays Grzegorz Ociepka, percussionist Leszek Lorent, and the project's authors: composer Jarosław Siwiński and double bassist Małgorzata Kołcz.
The concert is part of the PTMW project "Creative Warsaw" and is co-financed by the City of Warsaw.
