Warsaw Philharmonic Choir under the baton of Kazimierz Bukat will give a performance on September 4, 2016 at 5.00 pm at the St. John Baptist Church in Magnuszew.
The concert will be a part of the 13th edition of the "Mazovia in the Crown" Festival organized by the Mazovia Institute of Culture. The programme includes sacral music by Wacław z Szmotuł, Mikołaj Zieleński, Georg Friedrich Haendel, Antonio Vivaldi, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Gioacchino Rossini, as well as Gaude Mater Polonia by Wincenty z Kielczy and choral parts from Giuseppe Verdi’s Nabucco and Traviata, and Stanisław Moniuszko’s The Hanuted Manor.
Next concerts will be held on September 9 at the St. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr Church in Skrzeszew and September 16 at the Holy Trinity Church in Myszyniec.
