St. Nicholas Cantata in NFM

On December 6, 2024, at 7:00 PM, the NFM will celebrate the 15th anniversary of the NFM Boys' Choir with a special concert dedicated to the occasion of St. Nicholas' Day. The main highlight of the program will be the St. Nicholas Cantata by Benjamin Britten, alongside the world premiere of Canticum trium puerorum by Marek Raczyński.

The concert will focus on sacred themes, with the first performance of Canticum trium puerorum by Marek Raczyński. The program will also feature Laudate Dominum omnes gentes by Grzegorz Miśkiewicz and Gloria, composed specifically for the NFM Boys' Choir by Michał Ziółkowski. The latter piece includes three mixed choirs, two children's choirs, and a chamber orchestra.

The concert, conducted by Andrzej Kosendiak, will be performed by the NFM Boys' Choir, the NFM Leopoldinum Orchestra, the NFM Girls' Choir, the NFM Choir, and the Rondo Vocal Ensemble. The soloist will be Mark Padmore, tenor.
